Our goal is to participate in the movement of the Iranian people to move beyond the existing status and build a free and prosperous Iran. But this is a very complex and multifaceted issue that needs to be properly and adequately addressed in order to be implemented. To achieve this goal and to solve this problem, we must first understand the current situation and identify important problems. The main issues and problems that can be raised at first glance are a violation of women's rights, violation of the rights of ethnic and religious minorities, violation of human rights, the existence of a religious government and the need for a new secular government, the issue of national identity and Nationalism, the current totalitarian government and the need to achieve a new democratic system, bribery and existing economic and administrative corruption and the need to eliminate it in order for the new system to work, the current ruined economy and the need to rebuild and develop the economy, existing cultural and social problems such as the widespread of addiction and the need for planning to solve problems in the new system.
It is important to study these issues in the pre-transition period of the ruling regime for the following reasons:
If we look at the process of regime change and the establishment of a new democratic system as a project, in order for this project to succeed, we must first and foremost have a proper understanding of the project's goals. What do we need to change? Looking at the history of the last hundred years and from the constitutional period onwards, despite all its ups and downs and all the experiences it has gained, the Iranian people have not yet achieved their aspirations. But what are these unfulfilled demands? These are a democratic system in which religion and politics are separated, in which human rights are exercised, including the rights of women and ethnic and religious minorities, who have political freedom, a dynamic economy and decent welfare. They should have one, in which there is no bribery and financial corruption, and social and economic justice should be established, and that Iran, as a nation in the world, should have its closeness and dignity, and the Iranian people should be proud of being Iranian. Have a vibrant, happy and dynamic society. Therefore, we want to reach the desired conditions from the current situation, which is not at all desirable for the people mentioned above, and this requires a change in the current regime and the establishment of a new system, and that new system is in achieving its goals and fulfilling the demands. In other words, regime change is a necessary condition, but it is not enough, and we must plan to ensure the success of the new democratic system as much as possible. For example, bribery and economic and administrative corruption are deeply rooted in our political, economic, and social structure. The day after the overthrow of the regime, it is true that the former system no longer exists and therefore the source of many briberies is disappearing, but the view of bribery exists in different strata of society and can reproduce itself in the new system. Economic and administrative corruption can defeat the new system. For example, after the overthrow of Ceausescu and the overthrow of a democratic system, Romania was severely damaged by this institutionalized corruption and failed to achieve its revolutionary goals. So is the issue of secularism and the separation of religion and politics, and how to study and implement the separation of religion from politics, how to incorporate it into the constitution, how to apply it in civil, criminal, financial, and other laws, and so on. More importantly, how can we protect it, and in other words, what is the practical support for the country to remain secular? For example, the army is the guardian of the constitutionality of the constitution in Turkey, and in practice, it intervened in this new system. How do we want to guarantee and support secularism? How will the remnants of the current regime deal with the financial resources they have accumulated and how they want to enter the parliamentary system and pass anti-secularist laws in this way? That all these issues should be anticipated and that a plan should be put in place in advance, for
example, in a way that is included in the draft constitution that will make it difficult for further deviations.
Therefore, it is important that we identify the root causes in the pre-transition period, that is, the present, and formulate the necessary solutions for implementation in the new system. Also, in order to overthrow the regime, we must do the necessary studies, learn from the developments and revolutions of the past, understand the strengths and weaknesses of the regime, and understand our strengths and weaknesses, and act to eliminate our weaknesses. ....
Therefore, in Iran-e-Novin, we have come to the conclusion that we need strategic studies in the mentioned fields in order to formulate and implement the necessary strategy for regime change and the establishment of a new system which shows in the chart below:
